Summary

This B2B conference and media publisher needed social marketing. I first audited their assets and channels, did a competitive assessment, and made a PR strategy. Then I did a mix of topic monitoring, customer service, promotion, and media production. To build our audience, I made the digital brand persona an advocate for sustainable business and design, with the intent to not just promote our media and events, but also highligh innovative companies and people that were making a difference beyond our current editorial coverage. Accomplishments include:

  • Established and grew channels on LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Flickr, and Vimeo to over 15,000 followers.
  • Wrote over 75 articles, interviews, and newsletters.
  • Produced 178 videos, 25 webinars, 108 slide decks, and managed event photography, asset metadata, and multi-channel distribution.
