This B2B company produces media and conferences for sustainability professionals. In their early years, I first built them a digital PR strategy by auditing their assets and channels, doing a competitive assessment, and setting goals. Then I led the effort through topic monitoring, customer service, marketing, research, and media production. To build our audience, I made the digital brand persona an advocate for sustainable business and design. This meant not just promoting our content and events, but also highlighting innovative companies and individuals that were making a difference beyond our current editorial coverage. Accomplishments include:

  • Established and grew channels on LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Flickr, and Vimeo to over 15,000 followers.
  • Wrote over 75 articles, interviews, and newsletters.
  • Produced 172 videos, 12 webinars, 108 slide decks, and managed event photography, asset metadata, and multi-channel distribution.
