Accurate Service

I don't know about you, but I'm feeling that brands will increasingly need to publish changelogs for product features, policies, and more. Not for me, but for search agents.

The easier it is for an agent to understand a product from primary sources, the less likely it is to fill in the gaps with possible misinformation from somewhere else. Thankfully, they already do prioritize brand-published info, unlike search engine result pages which are a huge hit-or-miss.

Ultimately, brand communications are about providing "accurate service". That means content workflows for publishing, review, and updating will become not only more automated, but also need to include more exhaustive info (including historical changes) so that agents can make better reasoning decisions in the analysis they pass on.
