This is a business service I once provided clients. I would learn each brand's mission, and see how they present themselves and interact with customers online. There would be 4 areas to assess: clarity, tone, calls-to-action, and consistency. Following the audit, we would discuss the current situation, where they'd like to be in the next 18-24 months, and make a plan to get there. The primary goal is customer development via content, UX design, and marketing. Some of my clients included The School of Visual Arts, The Cotton Bride, OurGoods, and Giorgetti USA.
